Welcome to Sandstone Ridge Cabin!
Hey there! We’re Steph and Collin, high school sweethearts with two young kiddos and a shared passion for adventure. We’re the co-hosts for this home! Owners, Chris and Anne share our love of hospitality and we are SO glad you’re here!
Our Hosted by the Webers team will be supporting you during your stay.
Whether you’re coming to town for an event, the casino, the rich history, time at Patoka Lake, a family or friend reunion or anything in between, French Lick has so much to offer.
Below you will find the need to know info for your upcoming French Lick getaway!
Checkin & Checkout
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is 4pm!
You’ll be issued a code for the front door that will not work until 4pm and will stop working at 10am on the day of checkout.
You may park in the driveway during your stay.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 10am!
Your code will stop working at this time. If you need a late checkout, please request this in advance (fees may incur) and also know that we may not be able to accommodate.
We know that check out can be a hectic time which is why we keep the process short and sweet on your end.
All we need you to do:
- Linens - Leave them as is, our cleaning team will handle it!
- Towels - Please pile on the bathroom floor
- Dishes - Please start the dishwasher and ensure other pots, pans, etc are cleaned and put away
- Trash -Please take bagged trash only to the large receptacle outside the cabin
- Hot Tub Cover - Ensure this is CLOSED and all clips are snapped prior to your departure.
We’ll handle the rest! We super appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete these items.
Also make sure:
- You have all personal belongings as we cannot let you back in the home after checkout
- All doors and windows are closed and locked (thanks for helping us keep the property safe)
*Please note: our cleaning team is hired to wash linens, clean bathrooms, and surfaces, not to clean up excessive trash or messiness.
Things our guests love to know before they arrive:
- Our kitchen is well stocked for your cooking and baking needs
- We do have a pack n play and highchair available for your stay
- Games are provided for you to enjoy together!
- We have an Amazon Fire TV so you can log into your own streaming services
- You’ll have plenty of towels and the little extras for each guest
- We have a drip coffee machine
- The cabin temperature is controlled by mini splits.
- We do have a hot tub that’s perfect for 4 guests.

House Guidelines
This is a home where we love to host guests just like you and so much thought has gone into making your stay a wildly positive, 5-star experience so please be respectful of our property and let us know right away of any issues. (We do take photos before and after each clean).
Check-in: 4pm
Check-out: 10am
*We try to accommodate early check in or late checkout, but these times are set to allow our cleaning team to help make your stay awesome so please note that we may not be able to accommodate and fees may incur.
We keep it pretty simple:
- Up to two house-trained, well-behaved dogs
- no parties
- no smoking of any substance
- no events
- Follow all swim spa rules to avoid harm or damage fees.
*If you’d like to do professional photography in the home, please get approval from us in advance.
So that we can keep hosting guests, potential fees may be incurred if these guidelines are ignored.
Unauthorized Late Check Out Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out
Maximum 6 guests. $30 per guest per night over 6 guests.
Early check in before 3pm and Late checkout after 11am will be $75. (depends on availability)
Quiet hours start at 10pm as this is a residential neighborhood and we want our neighbors to like us :)
