Here's what our process looks like.

Phase 1:
Initial Property Assessment 

Whether your property is brand new or it’s an existing listing, we’ll work with you to enhance the experience for your guests. We’ll offer design and styling suggestions, help you optimize the name of your property, and offer suggestions on the details that make a big difference for guest stays. If your property is currently on Airbnb, we’ll run it through our rankings assessment.

Phase 2:
STR Setup and Optimization 

While improvements are being made, we’ll write your SEO-optimized listing to help guests be able to better find your property. We’ll go through our set-up checklist that includes guest communications, guidebooks, and team formation (cleaning, landscaping, etc). 

Phase 3:
Ongoing Hosting Services 

We’ll initiate a dynamic pricing strategy so that you can increase profits, we’ll take care of all guest communications, and we’ll consistently optimize your listing. If we’re doing management, we’ll coordinate with the support team for your property when services are needed.
